BLEPHAROPLASTY
WHY SHOULD YOU DO A BLEPHAROPLASTY AT MON VISAGE ?
The first sign of aging is the gravity affecting the upper eyelid which gives a tired look. In a later stage and depending on the skin laxity bags may appear in the lower eyelids. Professor Marchal combines different techniques to rejuvenate the eye with a natural look.
MY PHILOSOPHY IS TO SLOW DOWN THE AGING PROCESS
IN AN IMPERCEPTIBLE WAY
YOUR FACE IS UNIQUE. IT DESERVES CUSTOMISED TREATMENTS.
" LOOK YOUNGER BUT NATURAL "
UPPER BLEPHAROPLASTY
Upper blepharoplasty is probably the first, easiest with the less consequences surgery that can be performed when the first signs of aging appear. The most important thing is to find the eye opening fold in order not to detect that a surgery has been performed. The incision may be prolonged in one of the smile wrinkles. This procedure may be associated with a brow lift or with an eye lift to an enable a very natural non visible rejuvenated look.
This procedure can be perfectly done in local anesthesia followed by three hours of hospital stay with a quick recovery.
LOWER BLEPHAROPLASTY
Lower blepharoplasty is one of the most challenging surgeries. Excessive skin resection should be banned to avoid an owls look. The preferred approach of professor Marchal is the intra conjunctival approach which leaves no visible scar. Fat pockets are removed and the surgery is performed under general anesthesia. The skin treatment by laser may be associated and the overall recovery is rapid.
When a face lift is performed, the lower blepharoplasty is often associated to enhance the natural result.
